@WestMidRailway @nationalrailenq At Walsall and more people cannot get onto the service. It’s not fair that the people who are paying for this service don’t get a estimate on when the solution will be.

@nationalrailenq @WestMidRailway Same again at Tamebridge. More people not being able to get onto the train. I think if your service is going to make people late, there must be a better response than passing on my feedback.

@nationalrailenq @WestMidRailway That’s not good enough. At Walsall now and more people could not get onto the train. Please could you give a reason as to why this service consistently only has two carriages?
