@SwiggyInstamart I ordered India Gate Basmati Rice on 2nd July, but it was missing from the delivery. I contacted support, and they promised a ₹320 coupon instead, asking me to wait 24–72 hours. It's been 3–4 days, and I still haven't received the coupon or refund.

@Flipkart @flipkartsupport I ordered Mobile on 26th July from Flipkart & my order was supposed to be delivered four days ago, but I still haven't received it. This delay is quite frustrating. I can't contact the delivery person nor find their exact location to pick it up myself

When I call Flipkart customer care every day, they tell me that they've raised a complaints but no action has been taken yet. I also received a mess from Flipkart support to reschedule the delivery date & even after confirming from my side, they still haven't delivered my order.
