A simple Google search finds a 17 page PDF which describes this project. Every decision that "DOGE" makes should include an explanation. Did big balls read the 17 pages? The lack of transparency is not the fact that these funds are being spent, which is all available online. The lack of transparency is why are these cuts being made. just saying " it's been cut, it's bad" isn't good enough for me.
