@UK_CAA oh look it’s Monday the last day for refunds. I meet all the qualifying criteria and still not received a refund. However my sister in law who booked her holiday to the same place we were going and well after us as got her refund today. How does that work?

I can’t afford another dep for an holiday hence why I need the refund so I can put it down to book another holiday. CAA should have be honest in first place

@UK_CAA I have still not had my refund for my Thomas Cook holiday. I paid by direct debit and heard people who paid by Direct Debit were going to get their refunds back automatically and would receive an email. I am still waiting for an email and my refund.

@HMRCcustomers can I claim childcare costs just for the summer holidays? I am already in receipt of child and working tax credits. But my childcare costs I currently get help with are my sons nursery fees. But I will need to put both my children into the schools summer club.
