Day 10. Still can't make outgoing calls. Line still has a restriction on it for an unpaid bill which BT know they received 10 days ago. BT still don't know how to remove their own restriction. If I ordered a new line 10 days ago it would have been installed by now.. @Ofcom
@bt_uk I've been unable to make phone calls on my landline since Monday morning due to a restriction you placed on the line and now inexplicably you don't seem to know how to remove. I've called every day for 5 days and got nowhere.
@bt_uk Yes, I do. But no one at BT seems capable. The problem has persisted since Monday 20th. It is now Tuesday 28th and no one even seems to know what the problem is. The simplest of processes, removing a line restriction that you yourselves have added is somehow beyond you. Bizarre.
@santanderukhelp@jomathers We all understand problems can occur but its an absolute disgrace that you're on here answering the few queries not related to your payment system and refusing to even post a simple acknowledgement of the issue. It would cost you nothing and your customers wouldn't feel ignored
@santanderukhelp Just in case it's helpful to anyone, I made a faster payment into my Santander account at 3.45AM which didn't arrive immediately. Paid another at 4.15AM. Same thing. But the first DID arrive at around 7AM and the other at about 7.15AM. So hopefully they're filtering through.
@McDonaldsUK I have been charged for an order on your app that I never made in a restaurant 200 miles away. I have DM'd you and need someone to contact me immediately to confirm exactly how this has happened and arrange a refund.
@Wufoo for some reason none of my forms have been allowing me to save edits to them all day. I click "save" and it just saves "saving form" but never completes. Please can you help ASAP. I have also emailed.
@santanderukhelp I'm looking forward to 30 minutes time when all these tweets get the same copy and pasted reply about being aware of the problem and working to solve it as quickly as possible.
@santanderukhelp If you feel the need to physically make it a sperate app then fine but why not just use the same architecture? It makes no sense at all.
@santanderukhelp A more secure and less laborious login? Access to DD's and SOs? The ability to set up a new payee? The ability to see pending card payments? There's nothing about any of those that should make them inaccessible from the same app you already use for personal accounts.
@santanderukhelp Well, that's not entirely true, is it? Because the rubbish biz app can be used to access both biz and personal accounts. And there is nothing about a biz account that would prevent you from having the functionality I've spoken about above.
@santanderukhelp I appreciate that I just wondered if there was an actual explanation for it. I can't fathom why you have these 2 apps, one significantly better than the other but you choose to force your business customers to use the worse one. I hurts my head.
@santanderukhelp If you don't want to spend the money developing a proper business app, then fine. Just let us use the same app you have for the personal accounts. It's bizzare that you keep this significantly worse app for the people that need more functionality.
@santanderukhelp On the personal app I can see pending card payments. I can't on the biz app. I can't pay someone new on the biz app, I can on the personal. I can't access DDs and SOs on the biz app. I can on the personal.
@santanderukhelp Hi. With respect I could list the things I can't do with the biz app that I can with the personal. Start at the beginning if you like. To login to the personal app I use my thumb print. The biz app needs my full 10 digit password and 5 digit security number.
@santanderukhelp @jonathanevans82 It's not just that it isn't as good as other banks. It isn't as good as your own personal app. I would quite gladly use the same app for both if you'd let me but for some reason you want my business to have a worse app than be personally?
