@olin_kreutz Thank you for the context. I was wondering what the conversation was. I hope that those at Halas Hall can assemble a competent coaching staff this offseason. The incompetence from top to bottom in the Chicago Bears Organization is disturbing.

@CourtneyRCronin Eberflus isn't going 2 volunariy quit (nor should he w/ guaranteed money @ stake) despite sizable examples lacking basic competency of a NFL HC. Eberflus was empowered contrary 2 his incompetence w/ NFL players futures & livelihood n/ the balance. Better was expected.

@IrishBearsShow If the Bears keep Eberflus they will regret it. He has shown: he can't build a collective quality staff that coaches to the skill of players and he can't consistently close games. Too many concerns to suggest playoffs under his watch next year.
