Love kindness.
Walk humbly.

Paul opposed Peter’s self-righteousness & legalism to his face & also wrote an entire letter rebuking the Corinthians’ sexual sin & cultural assimilation.

Never, ever, ever, ever, ever think that God’s not working, no matter how much it seems like He’s absent and at the same time never, never, never, never think you’re going to be able to figure out for a long time what he’s up to.

The 2 twin lies of failure:
1. You are not enough. (God can’t work with what you have to give)
2. You are too much. (Your shortcomings are so significant that they overcome the very will of God)
In other words, both are rooted not in a loss of confidence in self, but in God.
