@saylor $mstr - What does the fact that they keep increasing the STRC dividend tell you? They are getting more and more desperate for cash.
Also, Where do you think the cash for those elevated dividend payments is going to come from? ๐คฆ
@DimitryNakhla $isrg It would have to break down further here. If it does, I think you could see $365 ish. $350 is a long shot.
The odds are much higher it finds support right here at $400.
@DividendTalks Several, but not all of these have wide enough moats to consider. Separate out solid/low debt balance sheets, and cuts the list down even more....
Not sure if I'd buy any of these yet, but to answer your question, $MA is probably the closest to a no-brainer.
@DurableCreators@alphanotfound $Veev was already paying 15% in royalties to $crm and would only stand lose another 5% from where they currently are if Salesforce took the WHOLE 20% after the switch, which isnt gonna happen
Gain 15% yoy for free by risking 5% worst case scenario? No brainer for $veev
$ISRG
Massive and growing footprint. Very wide imbedded moat-
No debt. $8 billion cash pile. 17% roe, stable and growing fcf. Sitting right in top of the 200 week. What more could you ask for?
Once a decade A+ opportunity.
@TradeIdeas The hedgies win here, as usual. Buy convertible and short-sell the underlying stock to lock in a risk-free profit.
Common shareholders are further down the capital structure. If $nbis fails, those bondholders get paid first, leaving little to nothing for common stockholders.
