@mizzoukcfan @VividSeats @VividSeats my son an I purchased tickets for the July 10th quarterfinals of the World Cup in Los Angeles. The tickets were canceled without our consent within 2 days. We are told that our card would be refunded within 4 business days. Why would you cancel our tickets?

@mizzoukcfan @VividSeats We tried to reach out in attempt to get comparable tickets (same area/price) and were told that we could only start a new order at today’s market price. In 48 hours prices have gone up almost $1000 per ticket. Meanwhile, the bank has not released the funds and ticket $$ rise.
