@spegg08 You’re missing a very important rule. “If an offense spikes the ball to stop the clock with a running clock, NCAA rules mandate an automatic runoff of 2 seconds (whereas the NFL takes only 1 second).”

@blashdril If anything thus proves that 0 seconds is officially 0.00. Because 8:37 is displayed as 9 (rounded up) and 7:37 would show as 8 (so on and so forth). Meaning 0 shown in the clock would not be 0.63, if there was any milliseconds it would be counted up.

@coalcountrywvu @LOBig12 According to yahoo, WVU returned 52% of its total production for the 2026 season, which is what I went off of, but my point was he doesn’t use logic. UCF has a better team than last year, and he has them so far below other teams that’s clearly are not as good/rebuilding.
