A whopping 46% of Class A #apartments in downtown #Chicago have been built since 2015, says @IntegraRealty. Despite the record level of construction, occupancy is holding steady — 93.5% for Class A, 93.6% for Class B — and expected to tick up over the long term.
@IntegraRealty says class A rent growth in 2018 was 8.7%! This is mostly attributable to a STRONG 4th quarter. @LuxuryLivingCHI agrees. Best 4th quarter in years.
Excited to attend #LBforum tonight and hearing panel insights from @LendleaseGroup Tom Weeks, @LaramarGroup Jeff Elowe , John Bucksbaum and our client Chris Fifield.
