I need someone to assist. I purchased an item months ago and it has not arrived. I had reached out to the seller after opening a request through eBay a while ago and was told that the item would be coming in at the end of April since it was a pre-order and would ship out however it still has not come and the seller is completely unresponsive. I've tried reopening this through eBay however since the request was closed it will not let me do anything and I cannot get anyone to assist. I just need to give the information to someone that can credit my account back. Please help!

@JellyRoll615 be cautious with merch. I was at the concert in Ottawa a little while back and got a $70 sweatshirt. After the concert, I noticed that there was a rip in the lower part of arm. I’ve tried contacting merch support and FB with no response. Disheartening.

@RespondersOnFox @1stresponderctr thinking of staying @HiltonHotels or @HiltonHonors as first responders? Don’t! Stayed for scheduled 2 nights when my first responder partner was called back for an emergency shift. Hilton absolutely refused to do anything to refund a night when the hotel wasn’t even close to being booked. A manager even lied saying attempted check out was 4 p.m. when we have proof of it being well before. Are they really that hard up for a night stay to screw over a first responder just trying to serve their community? Sad!
