But seriously: Ordinance committee just voted 3-2 to recommend a recreational pot moratorium expiring March 1.

Councilor O'Malley just jokingly recommended that the pot moratorium expire on 4/20. Councilor Kinnon: "I don't get it."

Council also voted to have ordinance committee work on a ballot question proposing a citywide 25 mph speed limit.
