The effort you put into something is never wasted, even if it leads you to disappointing results. Your efforts make you stronger, more educated, and more experienced and that's a positive outcome for any effort.
Started building the extended version for my poetry book, A Rope (of Hope and Guidance)! The first version came out last year and did well, but did not include the final 77 poems of the project, so those will be included in this extended version. Very exciting
@penguinusa@abidare_author @ReadItForward Just saw this book being read by someone I follow on Instagram and am inspired to pick up a copy and read it myself. Seems to be a great book and idea
I love when a story goes off on a tangent and leads the whole thing astray to where it will end totally different than the original idea... seriously though
Psa I turned off the tv a long time ago... and I’ve found more energy and inspiration for everything from creation of art and literature to creation of wonderful experiences for me and my family
I LOOOOOVE journaling... and it’s wild to think that journaling can actually be a career these days. Not that I’m going to pursue it as a career.. just cool to think about the advancement of our society, where we truly can nowadays survive by doing whatever we love to do

It’s hard work staying motivated to create when rewards have yet to be reaped, but my vision pulls me through, of a better world for all. I know my work will help people, so I continue to create and push through the barriers #determination
@AndrewYang I like this. Money disparity is certainly close to the root of evil in the world these days if not the sole root itself, so to heal ourselves since money won’t be abolished and can’t really, we need to all have money, even if our paths to getting it ourselves have been hindered.
Looking forward to getting some words into The Product of Her tonight. Also, a call awaits as to the future of my collaborative poetry Instagram page, @ Elysian.poets ... hopefully will be writing poetry daily again as a purge of emotion so I can focus my clarity on my fiction
I decided a while ago that with everything I do, I will keep the biggest, best benefit in mind. I want to make the greatest impact as possible on the world during my lifetime, and for all future generations. This includes positive art and literature. Nothing just for its own sake
