@prairie_oysters @Matthew_Spicer @mattcohen2 @JordanPeele @MADmagazine You’d be surprised how little some major studios and corps (not all) will pay for intricate artwork with full buy-out, only for hungry and talented artists to agree to the terms. The filmmakers, even for an indie production, could have found the money, they just didn’t want to.

@wileyjdraws @CTropes Thank you. “Jobbers” is why I unfollowed the show. Artists attacking other artists are scabs, especially in such an underpaid profession. I really thought it was just me that had a problem with the channel. Did Jim Rugg ever try to rise to the defense against the jobber remarks?

@Jamitha I watched it semi-regularly, and once Richard Lewis' health started diminishing, I wondered if he and JLC stayed in touch over the years. She just said some kind words regarding him over on Instagram.

@Cakes_Comics I can't blame them, though; I feel bad for the YT creators I follow who are subjected to the algorithm. I know they hate doing those thumbnail poses. Feels almost like someone is controlling the algorithm to see what lengths people will go through.

The celebratory ending of Guardians 3 got right what some original trilogies got wrong. Thanks, @JamesGunn, for making a great standalone film, something that's been missing in blockbuster filmmaking lately.
