$18 AAV? I like Carlson a lot, but this seems insane. And if Anaheim doesn't match they receive FOUR first round picks. Dicks surely won't match this will they?
We have tendered an offer sheet to Anaheim center Leo Carlsson. The offer is a five-year contract worth an average annual value (AAV) of $18M, which would require four of the Flyers first-round draft picks in each of the next four seasons as compensation. https://t.co/nfhD4h6nEc
I'm so glad rendering offer sheets has become a thing again. Makes the off-season more entertaining and it's part of the CBA. Just cause the old heads had a gentlemen's agreement not to use it (thus to keep the money with the owners), doesn't mean the newer GMs care.
I’m buying 16 copies of College Football 27 to give away to you all. Thanks for another amazing year of this being my job 🫡

No one is expecting a lot of signings, team has almost the entire team already locked up.
Nikishin is a restricted free agent who can't even talk to other teams. If they can improve they will, if not they'll stay the same as the defending cup champs.
@PierreVLeBrun He really wanted to go to Tampa. The rumors linking him there were even before the trade to Carolina.
Canes tried, will be interested to see where they shift
People freaking out over the Canes doing nothing need to remember that Ehlers didn't sign until multiple days into free agency, Bussi wasn't added until almost the beginning of the season.
Robinson, Walker, Ghost, and Key's trade/signings were not even rumored.
I'm not worried about Tulsky at all. Team just came off a Stanley Cup Championship. Seems to always make signing and trades that we didn't expect and for the most part they've worked out.
As a fellow Chemistry major (albeit not a doctorate), I trust my Scientist
@ShamsCharania Should have never left to begin with, but his return will be cheered in Toronto. If he stays to retire there, could easily have his jersey retired
