#Titanium in the same hotel. I asked customer service if the traditional '5th night free' could be applied given the circumstances - they nicely said no because the systems don't allow it. Is there a human that can override system?

@MBonvoyAssist I've contacted them, and they said they can't - they are following processes, policies, and procedures.

This is an attempt to appeal to humane consideration that does not show up in any kind of training manual, policy, or procedure.

@randfish HS is full of ��nice to haves” -may not be fair to compare both as apples2apples-Before you commit to HS be certain it is for the longggg game - untangling yourself from HS ecosystem is not easy. + make sure to evaluate the HS tools & your plan to get value out of as much as u can
