Being gay means that Iām same sex attracted.
It doesnāt mean that I have to support endless alphabets, flags or any of the other woke ideological crap. Nor does it mean I have to go along with the ātransgenderā nonsense or the destruction of single sex spaces and rights.
We must draw the line between homosexuality and the āprogressiveā mob because the latter is a cult that makes a mockery of gay rights and doesnāt care about homosexuals if we donāt wish to be a part of it. They see us as commodities to flaunt about how much they care about yet when one of us has our own opinions we are shunned as ātraitorsā.
Gay people are everyday people who happen to be same sex attracted. We are everything from shop assistants to actors. We blend into society. We are not a parade or a costume or a label to be used to virtue signal.
I am an individual. Iām not part of any ācommunityā and I donāt need āprotectionā or āalliesā. Iām not a victim but those who claim to speak for us want to keep us as perpetual victims to virtue-signal about.
Gay rights campaigned for equality and we have that. It didnāt campaign for freak show parades, never-ending alphabets, flags, āpronounsā or āgender identitiesā. It campaigned to show that gay people are simply normal people who are a part of society, which we are.
The goodwill from that has been abused by deranged LGBTQIA+++ activists to the detriment of us regular homosexuals who just want to get on with our life in peace by making us look like rejects or freaks- the very same classic homophobic tropes we fought against for years.
The alphabet cult is like the gay Black Lives Matter in the sense that it (1) Sees gay people as perpetual victims (2) Claims to speak for all gay people (3) Calls gay people who speak against it āself-hatingā and ātraitorsā. (4) Hypocritically perpetuates the very bigotry it claims to fight in the form of calling gay people who arenāt attracted to ātransā people ātransphobesā. The very same is true of BLM in regard to black people.
The reason I continue to speak out is that many are struggling to see the difference between gay rights and woke ideology because activists have blurred the line and pushed the boundaries of acceptability so far past āequalityā that people are fed up of it all- and I donāt blame them. Thatās why I use my voice to say that us normal gay people are fed up of it too.

Honestly, Iām so sick and tired of X.
Itās just a never-ending loop of doom, gloom, drama and low-vibrational emotions. Sometimes I can literally feel it draining my energy.
Thatās not to say I havenāt had some laughs on here too- I have, but theyāre the minority: The needle in a massive haystack of negativity.
When I think of what I could have put that time and energy to instead, itās amazing. The only thing keeping me on here is the fantastic people Iāve met. Without them, I honestly wouldnāt hesitate to delete the entire bloody thing.
Iām not going anywhere, but my head needs a break from this madhouse. I donāt know how long Iāll be away but it will be at least a few weeks- so donāt expect replies anytime soon.
See you all in a little while- my brain just requires a rest from this place.
Iāll let Dan Levy have the last words for the moment:
The Budapest bath is 100 years old, built when there were fewer than 200 indoor municipal swimming pools in the entire US. You are noting the change from indoor pools being a luxury good to a consumer good.
Compare to Waldorf Astoria's Starlight Pool completed in the 2020s.
I personally prefer the look of the Budapest bath in a photograph. But for actual people swimming with their family, maybe reading by the pool, the Waldorf pool looks preferable. And it is probably heated.
@goddek the building on the left would cost you about 10x the amount as the one on the right to build . if you want to blame anything blame greed, and the people who put profit above everything else
You say āevenā as a qualifier for painting Lowe as some anti-establishment subversive, when heās the complete opposite and uses an array of recycled populist sound bites to make himself seem as such whilst ignoring the bigger picture of globalist corruption and at the same time promoting voting.
You also make it sound like supporting a corporate proxy āwarā (money laundering scheme) and the cesspit of corruption that is Ukraine is some noble position, which couldnāt be further from the truth.
Ok, @andyburnham - do you remember maybe 3/4 years ago, when energy prices DOUBLED. And then increased some more?
I remember because it affected my pensioner parents.
They're managing.
Many people AREN'T.
Winter is coming.
Are you going to attack this shameless money grab?
@MarioNawfal Remember 100 years of feminist talking points:
"Women are superior to men as they have empathy, and care for children and all living"
"Women can do no evil"
"Violence is a male thing"
"Women are innocent angels"
Gay does NOT mean 'queer'. Gay is a term that us homosexuals use to describe our sexuality, the same as heterosexuals say 'straight'.
'Queer' is a slur that gay people heard as we were beaten up or worse and nowadays it's an 'identity' that anyone can claim which stems from 'Queer Theory', a thoroughly homophobic ideology.
Fuck you @gaytimes. You DO NOT speak for me. I want no part in your regressive, homophobic cult. Just call yourself what you are, LGBTQIA+++ Times, because you are certainly no longer Gay Times.
If any of these organisations that claim to speak for same-sex attracted people actually represented our interests, they would not reject those of us who oppose their views. The reason they do is because they DO NOT value our interests, they value our 'minority' status to the extent that we are useful in advancing their Queer agenda and, when we do not accept their cult, we are expelled.
This encapsulates the fact that the 'progressive' mob is not interested in equality for gay people because it wants us to be permanent victims and it cannot stand any gay person who rejects victimhood status.
Well let me tell you, @gaytimes, I am neither 'queer' nor a victim. I have the same rights as everyone else: I can have sex with, relationships with and get married to the people I love (men). I have equal treatment under the law in regard to sex and relationships.
Since gay rights were won, most recently gay marriage (2015), corporations needed another way to keep going, so instead of turning their attention to countries where gay rights were non-existent and conditions for homosexuals is barbaric up to the possibility of the death penalty, they choose to focus on extended alphabets, endless flags, new 'identities', 'pronouns' and homophobic gender ideology, which perfectly captures the regressive, homophobic LGBTQIA+++ cult for what it is, and I want no part in it @gaytimes.
I am regular, everyday man who happens to be homosexual. I live a normal life and I fit into society. That's REAL gay liberation, not your corporate rainbow cult version of it.

@AaronPDB2707 Perfectly voiced and I šÆ agree. As a victim of 'queer' bashing in the 80s, I detest that word with all my heart. I am thankful for my resolve to live my life in spite of homophobia and have been in a happy, loving relationship with my bloke for 23. Thank you for your words.
Evidence suggests a compromise peace deal was nearly reached over Ukraine within weeks of Russiaās invasion.
But that the UK stance instead was: āLetās just fightā.

@davidkurten The King does live in London during the week. and the PM also lives in London for part of the week.
Itās currently August, so The King is in Balmoral which is normal.
No apologies are necessary from people who might assess a person's character through the prism of "Covid", because it was the defining moral test of our generation.
It's simply not something that can be overlooked, especially by people who went against the grain.
Itās being reported that Dolly died from a āBrief battle with cancerā
