@ConcordAlice @AmtrakNECAlerts Me too. I tried the SMS thing, no reply yet. Tried calling around 25+ times over the span of 2 hours, nothing but the automated message saying due to high volume they can't take the call.

@AmtrakNECAlerts Yeah I can't get hold of pretty much anyone. Calls get redirected to "high volume of calls", SMS does the same, app isn't allowing me to modify the ticket and now I gotta shell out more money than I originally did...
