Attention.
Debt.
Everything arrives instantly now.
Everything except:
fitness,
trust,
confidence,
love,
character.
Those take years.
And a lot of people have forgotten how to wait.
No one is going to stand up at your funeral and say:
"He fucked like a wildebeest and had the best golf swing I've ever seen."
Life is about loving people, not impressing them.
Blood glucose levels are not the reason you are overweight.
You likely have high blood glucose levels because you are overweight.
You don’t need some overpriced tech to tell you.
