There’s a lot of talk about how the younger generation lacks work ethic or drive, but from my conversations, I see the opposite.
I’ve met young professionals who are hungry, smart, and willing to put in the work.

They ask great questions, seek mentorship, and aren’t afraid to take risks.

The future is being built by people who are more ambitious and resourceful than they get credit for—and that fires me up.
