Everything Utd do at the minute (fan related) is in the spotlight. It often gets taken out of context and shared globally portraying, quite often, an unfair representation of the club.

The thing that confuses me the most is that it’s our own fans doing it.

The club doesn’t get everything right. But at the same time it’s not a charity, and its not your personal secretary. It has day to day operations to support, as well as servicing 50,000 season ticket holders.

If you’ve opted into a cup scheme, and your card payment can’t be taken for whatever reason, it’s not a conspiracy when the club apply repercussions. No-one is trying to get rid of all the loyal fans in this scenario. If you forgot to pay, or you’ve lost your card, or you’ve not updated your card details,’ that’s your fault ffs. Posting compo chasing screenshots onto here because you forgot to do something isn’t good for the club.
