Imagine telling someone in 1999…
The year is 2026.
The President is Donald Trump in his second non consecutive term.
The richest man in the world is PayPal cofounder Elon Musk… but not because of fintech or Paypal. Because of rockets, electric cars, AI, satellites, brain chips and something called “Boring Company”.
Apple is worth trillions but its main business isn’t computers… its selling glass rectangles everyone stares at for 9 hours a day.
People don’t watch TV. They watch teenagers explain geopolitics, finance, and relationship advice in ~60 second videos.
The biggest taxi company owns no taxis.
The biggest hotel company owns no hotels.
The most powerful media companies are social networks where everyone argues with strangers for free.
Kids are making millions filming themselves playing video games.
AI Robots write emails, code, legal memos, songs, essays, and breakup texts.
The internet is mostly bots arguing with humans who are trying to prove they aren’t bots.
You can summon a car, groceries, a doctor, a date, a private jet, or a dog walker from your phone.
People pay real money for invisible currencies, digital monkeys, AI girlfriends and pictures that disappear after 24 hours.
The richest companies in the world don’t sell oil, steel, or cars. They sell attention, compute, data, and addiction.
And somehow, after all of that everyone is still using Excel.
Powerful piece by Cory calling out the behaviour of Angus Taylor last week. Frankly, the Liberal Party doesn’t know whether they are coming or going when it comes to responding to Pauline’s comments about multiculturalism. Taylor has flip-flopped over the issue over the past week, changing his position on more than one occasion, but it’s right that Cory has held him to account for what he said last week.
“You would have hoped that the leader of the Liberal Party would have embraced the fact that, finally, a politician was taking on one of the left’s sacred cows. If he was a genuine conservative, he would have done so.
“Sadly, what we got from Angus Taylor was the opposite.
“It is my view that he misrepresented Pauline’s speech in an extremely disappointing way. He accused her of saying the opposite of what she said. He either hadn’t bothered to watch the speech, or he took the opportunity to smear Pauline in line with the accusation of racism peddled in the media.
“In short, he accused us at One Nation of wanting to judge people on the colour of their skin, despite Pauline’s speech making it extremely clear that she wanted the opposite.
“In addition to making it clear that her comments about multiculturalism had nothing to do with race, Pauline also pledged to abolish the National Indigenous Australians Agency, which is, in my view, largely based on racial grievance.
“Pauline stated: ‘My vision for Australia is that we’re all Australians. Remember, regardless of race, colour, creed, or where you are from, we’re all treated as Australians equally on an individual needs basis, not based on race.’
“There is something very depressing about the way in which the Liberal Party leader responded to Pauline’s speech.
“For me, it was a real mask-slip moment. Despite all the Liberal Party’s protestations that they understand how the party went wrong in the past and how it must change, his response to Pauline’s speech tells us all we need to know.”

Labor lefties so concerned with the relationship between Gina Rinehart and Pauline Hanson.
Funny they never question Labor’s relationship with Lindsay Fox, the CMFEU, Mining and Energy union, UWU, SDA.
Labor always with the double standards
It’s not “just the economy stupid” as delusional, dumb @AlboMP claims about the @AustralianLabor falling poll results. It’s the lies. The spending. The incompetence. The Muslim & union appeasement. The mass migration. The woke ideology brainwashing our kids in schools. It’s the IR imposts on business. The CGT & death taxes, it’s the travel rorts, turning a blind eye to the corrupt Aboriginal industry, Bowen’s net zero renewables fantasy, the relegation of our national flag, the spin & juvenile social media antics, the alienation of our strongest ally, the pro-Palestine stance, the grants to woke university activists, the Isis traitors welcome home, the Administrative Review Tribunal… Is that enough to start with?
Reality doesn't care about political gaslighting.
Labor politicians keep pushing the narrative that One Nation is backed by billionaires.
Yet Australian Electoral Commission data shows:
🔴 Labor: ~$480 million
🔵 Liberal/Coalition: ~$580 million
🟠 One Nation: ~$25 million
Labor received approximately 1,820% more funding than One Nation.
The Liberal/Coalition received approximately 2,220% more funding than One Nation.
Before believing political narratives, look at the numbers.
Facts matter.

The federal budget unintentionally sparked the debate we need to have as a country and has given voice to a large number of people who have never expressed themselves publicly before.
The debate is about the sort of country we want to be and the role of ambition, incentives, aspiration and wealth creation.
As much as some of us might hate some of the policy Initatives in the budget, we should be thrilled that we are finally having the debate we need to have.
Sky News' Paul Murray has catalogued every "lie" told by the Albanese government after it broke a series of election promises in its latest budget.

While the rest of the nation gets hit with higher capital gains tax, there’s a special carve-out for foreign investors in renewable energy.
They get to keep the 50% CGT discount at a cost of $425 million to the taxpayer.
Foreign investors already don’t pay Capital Gains tax on shares and intangible assets. Why didn’t Chalmers crack down on them?
The answer of course is that the Labor party, like the Liberal party are controlled by foreign interests.!
But wait there’s more.
Under the capacity investment scheme underwriting agreements, if the actual revenue earned by a project is below the agreed revenue floor, the Australian government will pay the project operator 90 per cent of the revenue shortfall up to the agreed annual cap for 15 yrs. (see comments)
The Labor government will grant “whatever it takes” subsidies to ensure “renewable” energy is a part of the energy grid, no matter the cost to the taxpayer.
But in keeping with the government vibe of transparency the cost of the scheme can’t be disclosed and I quote.
“The CIS is listed in the budget papers as a contingent liability, alongside the Snowy 2.0 hydro electric scheme, which has already blown out in costs by billions.
According to the budget papers, "The Australian government's maximum liability and estimated payments under these (CIS) agreements are not for publication due to commercial sensitivities".
It’s not hard to see why the major parties are struggling. Wasting taxpayers money and refusing to disclose it has to stop.
*Meet the team*
We are pleased to welcome Anthony to the team at Dolley Concreting. Nicknamed ‘Albo’, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge to the business, so much so that he made himself a partner with an extra large stake in the business and taking nearly half the profits on his first day. The great thing is, we get to keep all the risk. One thing that got him over the line was that he swears he is a man of his word. Good times ahead.
This is how retarded the Australian government is in three points.
1. Gambling winnings are tax free. Almost no other money is. Gambling is encouraged but investing is not.
2. Housing crisis but foreigners are still allowed to buy our houses and they just incentivised never ever selling investment properties
3. Young people can't afford houses so let's tax them more if they make money in crypto or shares.
That's just the tip of the retarded iceberg
Labor’s budget is a national disgrace and Jim Chalmers has zero shame.
Labor didn't have the guts to field a candidate in Farrer and has no no clue what everyday Aussies are furious about.
Massive deficits, $1 TRILLION in gross debt next year, $77 BILLION in new taxes, inflation heading to 7%… yet they still lecture young people about “helping” them into homes while interest rates climb to 10%?
They’re deaf to the anger over immigration, integration and people who refuse to speak our language or accept Australian values.
They’re addicted to net-zero handouts and renewable scams while ignoring our own resources. Last night proved exactly why voters have had enough.
Here’s the good news: One Nation just delivered a political earthquake.
We smashed it in South Australia and won the seat of Farrer, our first ever House of Representatives seat. The protest party myth is dead.
One Nation WILL take Australia back for the majority. We WILL put the next generation first. We WILL end the age of reckless spending, open borders and bribing voters.
The message from Farrer is loud: Australians want their country back. Welcome to the team, David Farley for Farrer. Let’s get to work
Pre election 2025, Jim Chalmers said “when it comes to negative gearing tax changes, that is something we won’t be touching”
Anthony Albanese said “yes, for the 50th time, I promise that negative gearing will not touched”
The Albanese Government just blatantly lies to our face.
The planned event to be held in a City of Sydney Council owned building headlined ‘Why It’s Right to Say: Globalise the Intifada’ should not go ahead.
Governments federal, state and local must take action and intervene.
Failure to do so invites more hate, more harm, more violence. It is not just wrong to chant the slogan ‘globalise the intifada’, it’s reckless, it’s dangerous and it’s unAustralian.
‘Globalise the intifada’ is an explicit call for violence and it’s unthinkable that people in positions of authority who have a profound responsibility to maintain the safety of their citizens could simply standby, shrug their shoulders and let such a festival of hate go ahead.
The Bondi massacre, Australia’s worst ever terrorist incident did not happen in a vacuum. It followed more than two years of escalating attacks in word and deed on Australia’s Jewish community. It was a tragic wake up call for our country and for our leaders who had ignored the warnings.
If this planned event goes ahead it will send a chilling message that nothing has been learnt and little has changed.
Australia and Australians will be less safe as a result.
