It sometimes feels as though Maldives has one person being presented as responsible for every achievement, despite the considerable efforts and contributions of many others.

Public recognition matters, but good leadership is also about acknowledging the people and institutions working alongside you. When credit consistently centres on one individual, it naturally raises questions about the kind of leadership culture being fostered.

Perhaps we can have one day for celebrating achievements of @MMuizzu and leave the rest of the days for recognising the people who actually make them happen. 🤷‍♀️
