@DGCAIndia 1)all passengers who have their travel dates falling in lockdown period should get full refunds irrespective of their booking dates.2)If someone reschedules then as airlines have put up for fare difference then lower fare should attract credit amount for travellers

already wrote to DGCA on march 14. Common point to be considered is the travel dates during lockdown irrespective of the dates when booking were made. No one knew about this situation of covid 19 pandemic, so full refunds be issued as flights are canceled

@HeenaGambhir @HardeepSPuri Very true... Each passenger who have booked tickets for travel dates during lockdown for which flights are now canceled should get full refunds without any cancelation penalty irrespective of when they have booked them i.e.during or before the lockdown period.

@HardeepSPuri Common point for travel refunds without penalty should be the travel dates i.e. during lockdown period between 23rd march to 3 rd may irrespective of the dates of booking.. Please do consider this and order airlines for travel refunds for every passenger traveling during lockdown

All travelers travelling during lockdown period for which flights are now canceled should receive full refunds for cancelation without penalty.
