Let's wait for an official report before jumping on to conclusions and blaming AI. Some times it takes months to arrive to a conclusion

@IRCTCofficial My elderly parents are travelling from Train No:03575 (A1 25,27) to ANVT. Train is delayed by over 9 hours. No drinking water, no tea/coffee or food available as pantry car is not there. Help them arrange some water and tea at the next station Govindpuri
@DelhiAirport None of the CUSS machines are working at terminal 2 row No E and F. No one to assist either. Just to take a print you have to stand in a long queue. Indigo Airlines
