I asked about this They gave reply very #carelessly and told that as prices increase u did not get Disney hotstar subscription. #Jio what is this. Is it good?. I did not expect this type of response ?so I had no option now. Only is it consumer court?/3

I recharged with 2599 plan(12 months plus one year Disney hotstar subscription) on December 1st 2021 before my validity as #jio promised #consumers that it is valid for #consumers who #recharged before prices hike. So I successfully recharged for coming 12 months /1 .

My #validity expired on 21 Jan 2022. Now I got only 12 months #subscription of #jio but I did not get #hotstar subscription. When I contact #customer care they first told your subscription is active in Disney hotstar. I checked it.and My subscription is not active/2.
