@Xfinity@XfinitySupport@XfinitySupport got off another frustrating call with your agents from sales, repair and tech support team where all of them just want to upsell and ignore the problem for two hours call while transferring me. I’ve never come across more unprofessional people in my life
Terrible customer support @Xfinity
1/x
Moved my internet to Xfinity and the experience has been a disaster from day one. Technician shows up, does the job, leaves without checking if the internet even works. Had to call two or three times for another tech to fix it the Gateway

Orders get randomly cancelled, and every call ends with “just try again,” which just pushes the delivery date further out.
When you ask them to upgrade a phone plan or internet , those same agents will call you back the next day to fulfill any unfinished orders

And here’s the kicker. On the phone today, an agent told me the phone that was supposed to be delivered today isn’t even in an order anymore. Wait times are now three weeks, and none of this is my fault. It’s poor account processing with zero explanations.
@Xfinity 8/x
I’ve spent more hours on the phone with them than I have using the internet they sold me. Fix your training, give your agents actual authority, and stop treating customers like a nuisance you have to endure

So there’s no way to reach anyone where this feedback actually matters. They’re just the front of the company, there to listen and ignore, as always.
This is what customer service looks like at @Xfinity . Not a company, a maze
@TMobile Your tech is living in early 2000. How hard is it to port a number out? I have called your customer support 5 times in 5 days and they cannot fix a simple port protection issue. They have no visibility into why am I facing this issue with my other carrier.
