I have given my car via RSA at @skmm SKMM - Kia Showroom In Trichy due to a minor accident on 24th December it's No proper response from their side. The service contact person is irresponsible and mentioning that parts are not available for past 12 days.

When I informed this situation to the showroom (Capital Kia Adyar) where I took my car they were mentioning that the the place where you were given your car is our competitor I can't able to force anything from my side I can only assist you, so please contact trichy showroom

On 2nd January when I asked them about the car status they mentioned parts arrived the car will be delivered by 4th December but today when I called them they mentioned the part has not yet arrived.

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I am having my sister's marriage this coming week I am facing heavy difficulties without my car. I even explained this situation to them many times.
