@IRCTCofficial Sir, this is regarding eQuery id: 841548988053192351.
against PNR 6830693477. The train was late more than 3 hrs and I did not travel in the train. I was not aware about the rules for filing TDR. The refund has been cancelled just because of 5 minutes difference.

I received a msg in the morning that order is out for delivery and I personally requested delivery boy to deliver it before 12 but now he is saying that I can't come before 2 PM. Just frustrated with the services of your.what will I do with the order if I get it when I have left
