Were they born in Italy -> they are Italian.
Do they have an Italian passport -> they are Italian.

If not they are NOT Italian.

YGO cards have lots of text because they tell you exactly what they dowithout the need for external tokens.

After the nineties the cards are really easy to understand thanks also to the inclusion of reminder text

What doesn't make sense is that reading Avenging Hunter doesn't explain Initiative

What i'm saying is that modern magic cards should have the remainder text instead of writing only the keyword.

@Majyqman42 @Review_bra @carbeeDM My guy the database is used only in edge cases for reference. Nobody ever goes there to know how something works. The same way i don't have to go to scryfall everytime i cast a card.
