@snapchatsupport after I block people from my snap , they don’t clear from chat feed.

@snapchatsupport I’m having an issue accessing my account on my own device . I have the Latest iPhone IOS and snap update however I get the message saying oops we cannot find matching credentials. However I’m able to login on another device with the same account details fine.
