The case started in december.If appropriate steps were taken and justice was served, apparantly; the reconduct would have been ensured in february but due to the tactics of PMC there has been no decision and we are still hovering in the air.

PMC lawyer delaying the hearing and asking for time again and again is a mere escape and propaganda to waste time so they can tell before court that now its too late and authorities dont have enough time for reconduct. Wow man!

#MDCAT: Today our case was ripe for final arguments but PMC Lawyer requested time due to having another case before a different court. Now Hon' SHC has fixed our case final arguments on 12th Feb. Our case is not for recheck or grace marks but for reconduct due to out of syllabus.

#MDCAT: A minimum of 18 questions were out of syllabus for Sindh students and PTI lawmaker claims Sindh students did badly because they are too weak to compete due to lack of education facilities in Sindh. I would encourage parliamentarians to study the issue before commenting.

PMC has submitted their reply. The case is adjourned for today. Next hearing is on 28th. Justice Mazhar has agreed that the result list can get updated if the case goes in our favour. It was really 3 Judges + 2 Law Advisors from PMC against our single @MJibranNasir Sir.
