JUST IN!!!
CASH AND PROPERTIES LEFT FOR THE WORLD BY ALHAJI AMINU DANTATA. =Copied=
He left behind ₦61 trillion in cash in both Nigerian and foreign banks. He also left behind 800 petrol stations within and outside Nigeria that do not bear his name, but belong to him.
In Kano alone, he left 500 houses, plus 1,200 plots with only fencing or partial structures, no buildings on them—just empty plots.
He also left 320 houses in other towns across Nigeria and abroad.
He left 280 vehicles in use, and another 120 vehicles that are not in use, just parked.
He left shares worth over ₦30 trillion in companies within and outside Nigeria.
In an interview he granted in 2022, he said he started buying private jets in 1967 at the cost of $120,000 USD. He had 10 private jets, each not worth less than ₦1 billion.
He lived with four wives, had over 45 children and more than 150 grandchildren.
He was buried in Medina, Saudi Arabia according to his wish.
Allahu Akbar🙌
I graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in 2004 and my school fees wasn't more than 2,000 Naira per annum. My bed space was 90 Naira throughout the 4 years I spent at Suleiman Hall. That was under the Obasanjo/Atiku administration. There was zero loans. In fact, people with 2:1 and first class CGPA were given 50,000 Naira disbursement by the Federal Government every year. After graduation, the banks and telecoms industries were hiring like never before. Many graduates got competitive foreign scholarships. All for free.
The Tinubu/Shettima people are asking Nigerian students and their parents to celebrate the formation of NELFUND. When did going to the university in Nigeria requires a loan to poor students? How can they pay back when the economy has been stagnant and jobs are impossible to get? How can they pay back when salaries are peanuts and cannot even pay for travel costs to work? How can they pay back when rent is skyrocketing and disconnected from earning of average tenants? How can they pay back when the cost of electricity is exorbitant and running a generator is impossible due to cost of fuel?
If the student loan program is the cardinal achievement of the Tinubu/Shettima administration, then they have failed and deserve to be voted out. There is nothing on the Tinubu/Shettima scorecard that qualify them for a second term. They did nothing and having nothing in their plan for the future. It is a self aggrandisement political project that serves only them and their small group of friends.
Nigerian students alone are in millions. Put your heads together and vote Tinubu out in 2027. Reject him before he makes you perpetual debtors!

NIGERIA IS AN ABNORMAL OIL PRODUCING COUNTRY...
Between 2010 to mid 2014 crude oil sold at an average above $100....
Nigeria produce at least 2million barrels daily and sold at least 1.5million all through 365 days...
That should fetch at least $55billion a year....
In four years....that should be $220billion....
In a normal oil producing country they would keep at least $180billion to develop their country....
But Nigeria can only realize about $80billion....
That's average of $20billion out of possible $55billion.... annually....
Only about 40% of Nigeria oil revenue reach the federation account....
Most Nigeria oil production are off shore and govt get less than 40% of it's revenue in many of the exploration...
Only few countries like The US and Canada get lesser because the industry is driven primarily by the private sector....with govt focus on tax only...
Under Tinubu Nigeria potentially sell crude worth over $24billion ....
But what reach Nigeria Federation account annually is less than $10billion ....
Over $14billion goes to exploration companies, operating cost, NNPCL projects among others..
With Oil producing states taking 13% of the remaining less than $10billion....
Host communities are there...
NDDC......
Amnesty Program....
Pipeline security.....Among others...
Gulf nations earn between 80 to 90% for every barrel of crude.... While nigeria earn between 40 to 50%...
The gulf states don't have geology constraints like Nigeria dominant Deep sea oil drilling which is more expensive....
Nigeria have massive oil theft challenge....
The creek terrain in Nigeria makes logistics supply cost more...
Security challenges and of course poor governance...
Nigeria should be earning at least $25 - $30billion annually from crude oil alone far more than our current budget.....But earn less than $10billion...
Obi, Atiku, Amaechi, Kwakwanso,El Rufai and others don't have solutions to all these....so don't come here to preach professor too know about them....
Tinubu is working round the clock to close the governance gap left unfilled for the past 60years in the Oil sector....
For those who think Tinubu just go to Aso Rock to sleep....
Only Northerners truly believe Nigeria is one .
Go to Ahmadu Bello university zaria,Bayero university kano,University of maiduguri, and other federal and state government higher institutions in the North, you will see yorubas, igbo, and other tribes from the south and east as Deen of faculties, HODs of departments, registrars, DVCs,Exam officers, etc.and thousands of southerners are studying there as students in different departments.
But try and visit University of Nigeria Nsuka, and university of ibadan and other university in either the south or East. You will never see hausa or fulanias staff or students there. In fact you have to hide to pray in those mentioned places, we employ them and give admissions to their children but they reject us in total..
In fact you hardly see a local government in the North without a church, you have the right to build your worship centre anywhere in the North. we give you land to build your churches and houses you observe you religion without any molestation, you dress the way you want, we buy from you and sell to you, this happen only in the North..
In return what we get from them is genocide, molestation and total rejection.we accommodate them herein the North, they pursue us out of their regions..
If Subsidy Has Been Removed and We Have the Money, Why Are We Still Borrowing?— Sanusi Lamido Sanusi
Former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has raised concerns over Nigeria’s current fiscal and monetary direction, questioning continued government borrowing despite subsidy removal and exchange rate reforms.
Speaking on the country’s economic policies, Sanusi said the removal of fuel subsidy and liberalisation of the foreign exchange market were necessary steps, but stressed that timing and implementation remain critical to their success.
“I have always said the subsidy regime was unsustainable. We cannot continue supporting foreign refineries when we’re an oil-producing country keeping refineries open abroad while we’re not doing our own,” he said.
He noted that Nigeria’s current domestic refining capacity and reduced fuel imports should have improved fiscal stability. “Today, we have our own domestic refinery. We’re not importing petroleum products. We’re even exporting fuel, and this is very good for the economy,” he added.
However, he warned that macroeconomic instability can undermine reforms if not properly managed. “Artificial exchange rates, especially when you’re printing money, cannot work there was going to be a devaluation,” he said.
While acknowledging the necessity of subsidy removal and exchange rate adjustments, Sanusi questioned government borrowing patterns. “If you’re not paying the subsidy and you’ve got the money, why are we still borrowing and borrowing? What are we borrowing for?” he asked.
He argued that fiscal discipline is now essential. “We should now see fiscal consolidation. You cannot remove wastages and continue borrowing at a higher rate,” he said, stressing that the benefits of reforms should reflect in reduced fiscal pressure.
Sanusi further cautioned that policy sequencing matters, warning that removing subsidy and liberalising exchange rates without tightening monetary conditions could destabilise the economy. “The naira drops to a bottomless pit there is a timing issue,” he said

President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua remains the only Nigerian Head of State to publicly reveal his assets without compulsion.
Yar'Adua had ₦856,452,892 in assets, ₦19 million of which belonged to his wife. He also had ₦88,793,269.77 in liabilities.
This disclosure, which fulfilled a pre-election promise he made, was intended to set an example for other Nigerian politicians and discourage corruption. #HistoryVille
WHY PREVIOUS GOVERNMENTS RAN AWAY FROM THESE REFORMS… AND WHY TINUBU DIDN’T.
Please one again, help me SHARE this post and drop your opinion.. let's keep enlightening people.
Let’s stop pretending we don’t know the truth.
For over 30 years, Nigerian leaders knew the economy was broken — but they avoided fixing it.
Why?
Because real reforms come with pain, protests, and political risk.
So they chose comfort over courage.
1. FUEL SUBSIDY – THE $10 BILLION POLITICAL TRAP.
Every administration knew subsidy was a scam.
Nigeria was spending up to $10 billion yearly on fuel subsidy
Billions were disappearing into opaque networks and middlemen.
Economists, the IMF, World Bank — all warned it was unsustainable.
Yet presidents delayed.
Why?
Because removing it triggers instant anger from the masses.
Even Goodluck Jonathan tried in 2012 — the country almost shut down.
So others avoided it.
Until Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu walked in and removed it on DAY ONE.
The difference is that he was courageous and others weren't.
2. FX DECEPTION – THE NAIRA LIE EVERYONE PROTECTED.
Before now, Nigeria operated multiple exchange rates:
One for government insiders.
One for investors.
One for the black market.
This created a corruption goldmine.
No president wanted to touch it.
Why?
Because powerful interests were making billions from arbitrage.
Tinubu unified the FX system —
forcing the naira to reflect real market value.
Painful?
Yes.
Necessary?
Also yes.
3. TAX REFORMS – THE POLITICAL SUICIDE ZONE.
Nigeria has one of the lowest tax-to-GDP ratios in the world.
Every government talked about tax reform…
None executed it boldly.
Each time it was raised, Northern leaders rose up and threatened the president.
And they abandoned it.
But not Tinubu.
Also, it was not supported by the masses.
Why?
Because Nigerians already distrust government spending.
Raising or restructuring taxes = political backlash.
Tinubu pushed ahead anyway — calling it a “once-in-a-generation fiscal reset” .
4. LOCAL GOVERNMENT & FAAC – FOLLOW THE MONEY.
Before now:
- Revenue leakages were massive.
- States complained of low funds.
- Local governments lacked autonomy.
After reforms:
FAAC allocations hit over ₦33.27 trillion in 11 months (2025) — a 30% increase.
More money is now flowing.
The real question is:
What are governors doing with it?
5. THE REAL REASON OTHERS DID NOTHING.
Let’s be honest:
Previous leaders feared two things:
The masses (protests, strikes, elections).
The cabal (those benefiting from the broken system).
So they postponed decisions.
Kicked the can down the road.
And protected the status quo.
6. WHAT TINUBU DID DIFFERENTLY
Tinubu didn’t invent these reforms.
He simply did what others were afraid to do:
- Removed subsidy immediately
- Floated the naira
- Pushed tax restructuring
- Enforced fiscal discipline
Even critics admit:
These issues were ignored for years due to fear of backlash.
7. THE HARD TRUTH NIGERIANS MUST FACE.
Reforms are not magic.
Prices went up.
Inflation spiked.
Life became harder in the short term .
But here’s the flip side:
Inflation is already slowing.
Reserves rising to about $50 billion.
GDP growth around 4%.
For me , this president is just being revolutionary.
The same Nigerians angry today, Would still be angry tomorrow if nothing was done.
Because a broken system eventually collapses.
So the real question is not:
“Why is this painful?”
The real question is:
“Why did we allow leaders delay these decisions for decades?”
Nigeria is finally confronting reality.
The question is — can we endure the process?
What other important things do you think Tinubu should focus on?
