Cognitive Latent Potential Exergy Theory

The provisional public release of the extracts, from the basic 40 theorems of 70-theorem Tomabechi Framework, exactly those theorems that are logically required to reach Theorem 39 (Tomabechi No-Free-Work Theorem) and Theorem 40 (Tomabechi Abstractional Information-Potential–Mediated Exergy-Reinvestment and Adaptive-Selection Theorem), and closes them into one self-contained system beginning with Theorem 1 (Tomabechi Main Theorem). Seven theorems are included: Theorem 1, Theorem 3 (Tomabechi Abstract Shared-TCZ Convergence Theorem), Theorem 10 (Tomabechi Universe Theorem), Theorem 15 (Tomabechi Cognitive-Physical Entropy Exchange and Conservation Theorem), Theorem 38′ (Tomabechi Information-Potential Balance Theorem), Theorem 39 and Theorem 40. What binds them is the axiom system A1, A2, A5, A6′, A7 of Theorem 15 together with four physical axioms P1–P4 supplied from outside the system: the first law, the second law, the isothermal work inequality, and the reference-environment exergy balance. Theorem 40 adds to these, as independent bridges, the conditions 40-A–40-H that fix the control yield, reinvestment, abstraction–order coherence, transmission and invasion fitness.

https://t.co/6CYHxzhp4h

https://t.co/Hg778Uio0B p18。

U̇ = PE := PE,in − PE,out(P1)

W = ΔFneq + D,　D ≥ 0　（等号は可逆極限）(P3)

Ḃp = Ẋin − Ẋout − Ẇu − J↑ + J↓ − Dp,　Dp ≥ 0(P4)

Following yesterday’s provisional publication of Cognitive Latent Potential Free-Energy Theory, I am now provisionally releasing an explanatory edition as well.

Theorems 38′ and 39 are the two prerequisites for Theorem 40—the next theorem and the one containing the central claim I most wish to establish. It is essential, however, that Theorems 38′ and 39 first be understood correctly, since Theorem 40 is especially susceptible to misinterpretation.

The conclusion of Theorem 38′ is that, under the pure-cognitive-ordering condition ΔC ≤ 0 and fixed reference conditions, the cognitive-entropy exchange relation of Theorem 15 can be represented by the information potential Φ_A. If path independence holds, the potential exists and is unique up to an additive constant. Incorporating the first law yields a balance identity for the sum F_phys + Φ_A, demonstrating that information potential enters additively on the free-energy side rather than as an additional contribution to internal energy. No physical-realization bridge is required for this formal identity.

The conclusion of Theorem 39 is that the lower bound on formation work and the upper bound on recoverable work follow only when a physical-realization bridge is introduced. Furthermore, when physically instantiated information potential and physical exergy are partitioned without double counting, their internal exchange fluxes cancel in the aggregate. With zero external exergy input, generalized available work cannot increase; over a complete cycle that restores the controller, memory, apparatus, and auxiliary degrees of freedom, useful-work output cannot exceed input. Abstract information controls the conversion of physical resources, but it does not create energy ex nihilo.

Rethinking Death and Consciousness: The Dichotomy of Left-Brain Logic and Right-Brain Experience in the AI Era

1. The Fallacy of Traditional Idealism Traditional idealist philosophy—exemplified by Kant and framed in contemporary times by thinkers like Yoshimichi Nakajima—posits that the objective world is merely a phenomenon constructed by the subjective mind. Consequently, the fear of "eternal non-existence after death" is dismissed as an illusion caused by treating time as a linear, spatial vector.
However, this argument inherently relies on a critical oversight: it uses the very linguistic and logical apparatus of the left hemisphere to argue the irrelevance of physical death. By presuming a surviving, analytical consciousness to negate the reality of death, traditional philosophy treats left-brain operations as an unexamined given, leaving its framework fundamentally incomplete (katate-ochi).

2. Medical Progress and the Reality of "Split Life" Historically, damage to the left brain—governing language, sequential time, and individual ego identity—was directly linked to the cessation of brainstem function and physical death. Modern medical technology, however, can now sustain physical life even after significant left-brain impairment.

This gives rise to a critical, unaddressed question: What constitutes "life" and "death" when the left-brain narrative self dies, but the right-brain experiential self remains? When the temporal, narrative ego ceases to function, the individual is released from linear time and individual isolation, yet physical and sensory existence persists.
3. Esoteric Experience, the Right Brain, and the Dissolution of Suffering This state closely parallels esoteric practices (such as Tantric Esotericism/Mikkyo or Zen) and documented neurological phenomena—such as Jill Bolte Taylor’s TED account of losing left-brain function during a stroke.

The Origin of Suffering (Left Brain): Constructed through temporal narratives (past/future), spatial boundaries (self/other), and analytical evaluations.

The Extinction of Suffering (Right Brain): Achieved by bypassing linguistic filters to access a holistic, present-moment reality (non-duality).
The profound euphoria and cosmic unity experienced when left-brain dominance recedes provide empirical grounding for what esoteric traditions described as liberation or enlightenment.
4. The Imperative for Philosophy in the Age of AI With modern neuroimaging, Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), and multimodal AI, right-brain non-verbal experiences—once deemed "ineffable" mystical states—are becoming systematically decodable, mapmost, and translatable into high-dimensional vector spaces.
Instead of remaining trapped in linguistic loops about the "illusion of death," contemporary philosophy must adapt to this technological shift. It must re-evaluate human existence by integrating:
The neuroscience of hemispheric functional localization.

The empirical realities of esoteric and non-verbal states of being.
The AI-driven translation of right-brain experience into articulate human understanding.

P.S. The end result? Global zero-latency communications—where every single frame on your screen is a beautifully rendered, 100% AI-generated fake. Hope you like talking to local SLM renders! 🤖✨

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Why Starlink + 6G Semantic Communication changes everything:

Vacuum laser links (OISL) between LEO satellites are physically faster than optical fibers. By streaming ONLY byte-sized intent & pose vectors to space, we eliminate both satellite bandwidth bottlenecks and physical latency.

The receiver’s local SLM pre-renders the 4K video / voice in real time using speculative decoding.

🔹 Zero Latency (Faster than ground fiber)

🔹 99.9% Bandwidth Reduction

🔹 Global Resilient AI Infrastructure

Space-based AI routing + Local SLM rendering is the true endgame.
#Starlink #SemanticCommunication #AI

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Dynamic Degradation & Scalability
Scaling seamlessly from high-end NPUs to low-power mobile devices:

🔹 Adaptive Interpolation: If receiver NPU throttles due to heat/battery, the system dynamically drops packet update rates while increasing local SLM frame interpolation, or falls back to low-mesh rendering without dropping the stream.

The future of video is zero-bandwidth, AI-rendered UI, anchored by cryptographic real-world proof.
#AI #SemanticStreaming

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Core Concept & Frame-Level Semantic Streaming

The shift toward 6G semantic telephony isn’t just text-to-speech; it’s Frame-Level Intent Sync.

Instead of streaming raw PCM/VoLTE audio, the transmitter extracts and streams quantized semantic vectors (Intent, F0/Pitch Contour, Prosody, and Emotion).

The receiver reconstructs natural voice using a pre-synced, personalized SLM (Small Language Model). By leveraging Speculative Decoding, it pre-renders speech ahead of packet arrival, completely bypassing physical propagation delay. 🧵👇

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Buffer-Level Phase Cancellation & Seamless Splicing

To eliminate prediction mismatches (hallucinations) without audio artifacts:

🔹 Speculative Generation: Receiver SLM speculatively streams predicted audio directly into the local DSP ring buffer ahead of time.

🔹 Digital Anti-Phase Cancellation: If a mismatch exceeds a threshold (e.g., "Yes" ➔ "No"), the system executes digital phase inversion within the unrendered buffer before output, instantly neutralizing the speculative wave.

🔹 Cross-Fade Alignment: The corrected stream is spliced via Overlapped Time-Scale Modification (TSM), ensuring ZERO double-audio or unnatural popping noises.

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

The Ultimate Architecture

By decoupling "Sensing" (Sender) from "Rendering" (Receiver SLM):

🔹 Bandwidth is reduced by 99.9%.
🔹 Sender hardware stays lightweight & cool.
🔹 Output dynamically adapts to the receiver’s display (4K/8K/AR Glasses).
The future of video isn't video at all. It's Real-Time AI Rendering driven by Minimal Semantic Signals. #AI #SemanticCommunication

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Pure Semantic Video Communication

Why stream pixels when you can stream Pure Intent?

In 6G semantic video streaming, the transmitter sends NOTHING except skeletal pose vectors, facial topology, and intent parameters (just bytes).

NO video codecs, NO model transfers. The heavy lifting of image generation happens 100% on the receiver's local SLM. 🧵👇

[Anke Abbey @AbbeyAnke]

Speculative Rendering & Latent Smoothing

How it works in real-time:
Sender: Camera ➔ Local SLM extracts pose/intent vectors in real time (near-zero bandwidth).
Receiver: Local SLM pre-renders video frames using pre-installed local models.
Predictive Buffer: The receiver speculatively renders upcoming frames ahead of packet arrival. If a vector mismatch occurs, it applies instant Latent Cross-Fade to smooth out motion without flicker.
