The technician was scheduled to arrive at 2:30 PM, and it’s now close to 4 PM with no update. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Waiting endlessly without any courtesy call reflects poorly on Airtel’s customer support.

@lufthansa You have extremely disappointed me.
My parents old, elderly parents who are in their 60s have been mistreated, harassed by the airlines and left to sleep on the floor at Munich Airport after their flight to Delhi was abruptly cancelled without notification.
