@cheryleehouston @MichelleUnique1 It’s so important to get this pain under control as that will calm down the flare. Happy to DM you with my advice if you’re happy to give me a follow 😊 Pain is a major trigger for a Mast Cell Flare 😔

@cheryleehouston No worries at all I really hope that you start to feel a little better soon & that you get the specialist care & support you deserve & need - in the meantime you could try & see if your GP would be willing to prescribe ceterizine xxx

@cheryleehouston @MichelleUnique1 Your GP should be able to prescribe once you’re under a Specialist who can advise them on what meds to prescribe. I know quite a lot about MCAS & I’m happy to advise/support others who are needing a diagnosis and Medications 😊

@cheryleehouston @Zebramummy78 MCAS can heighten pain levels immensely & being in pain can cause a severe Mast Cell reaction/flare I see both Dr Bethan Myers & Prof Khullar for my MCAS Dr B is Leicester Royal Infirmary & Prof K is St Mary’s Paddington 😊
