The class of 2017 are this years alumni tournament champions.
So much fun having so many former players back in the gym.
All who participated had a blast catching up with old friend and competing with each other again
Can’t wait to do it again next year.
Subbing for Kindergarten @ Catholic:
We talked about the Eucharist and had grape juice boxes & a cracker for snack.
Student: “The grape juice kinda even tastes like wine!”
Me: “How do you know what wine tastes like?”
S: “I just do! I’ve had kid wine before.”
Oh boy.
Subbing for library today:
*1st grader sits in the book shelf during group reading*
Me: “Hey did you know book shelves are meant to hold books and not people?”
*Class laughs*
1st G: “But maybe I want someone to check me out and take me home.”
I had to laugh 😂

Today I was giving instructions to 2nd graders and after asking them, “Does that make sense 2nd graders?” one of them replied with, “Yes queen!” I have never felt more empowered yet conflicted in my life. How does one respond to that? 😂
Friendly reminder to please be kind and have patience to the understaffed customer service and medical employees that still work during Labor Day while you have the day off. Thank you!
To the dude that probably thinks I’m staring at him in the mirror while he’s doing goblet squats: I PROMISE I’m not staring at you lol — I’m simply spacing off & telling myself not to throw up in between sets. Keep up the good work tho; I’m sorry 😅 #dontworkoutafterbeingsick
If you see me in the gym making conducting gestures while running on the treadmill, I’m just trying to figure out time sigs in Marvel film scores to distract from the fitness part so myob lol
Your loved ones may not always say or do it right, but they’re trying to love you as best they can. Sometimes we have to measure the intent over the impact.
Turning bodily dysmorphic mentality into a "God doesn't make mistakes, and I am His beautiful daughter" mentality really makes a profound impact on one's self-confidence. #highlyrecommend
