Flag football isn’t a panacea. Maybe, though, it’s a possibility — one that doesn’t eliminate risk, but reduces it, that doesn’t represent opportunities for all but expands opportunities for some. https://t.co/IY07pXxJQa
I'm working on an article that is, essentially, a collection of maternal stressors, for the sake of some "oh hey, me too" and/or "oh hey, maybe I could help the moms in my life."
I need 3 more responses from moms. Just 10 words-ish about what is stressing you out! Reply or DM.

Jennifer's allegation of forced sexual assault has been consistent from the very first report.
Those she disclosed to, knew this. She wanted to spare his family the graphic details. That desire made impossible now.
I had the honor of meeting Jen once, during which I got to witness her caring for fellow abuse survivors. As those who knew Jen much better will tell you, she loved people, books, and the truth of Jesus. And now, as @megannlively put it, she is at peace. https://t.co/11RtwTP1VL
When people ask, "Why don't more women come forward?" I think of Jennifer Lyell. Evil people hounded her, harassed her, and relentlessly attacked her. These words, by @kkdumez are haunting:
Do not let all of the posts talking about how kind Jen Lyell was distract you from the fact that she was probably the smartest person in almost any room. And if you were in one of those rooms and disagree, there’s a good chance it’s only because Jen was being kind.
If I were to describe spiritual maturity, it would probably involve some depth of understanding that we cannot micromanage other people's sanctification. It's like, our understanding of God's faithfulness gets bigger, as our understanding of our all-knowing-ness gets shattered.

@garonnevik YES. My 12yo and his friends spent yesterday afternoon roaming from a coffee shop that gave them free whipped cream to the grocery store where they scrounged their dollars together for snacks. You could feel their joy. That freedom is so important.
I don’t really tweet anymore but I just tried to kill a fly by clapping it between my hands and instead the air from the clap pushed it into my mouth and I swallowed it. That’s exactly the kind of thing I used to want from this website.
