If I could go back… just to read stories and jump in leaves and set up trees with them. I’m grateful for where we are as a family (my oldest is 29), but those years when we were all under one roof for Christmastime will remain the place I wander to when I wonder. May God give you blessed memories of these days.

Eagerly awaiting one of those tradwife influencer accounts to post a Christmas morning video where their kids get the Laura Ingalls Wilder gift haul: a new tin cup, a stick of peppermint candy, a small sugar cake and a shiny, bright new penny.
If you want #localnews to cover your group's event:
1) Find an editor or regular contributor to email directly
2) Explain the community relevance
3) SEND THEM QUOTES even if they're coming to cover
4) Offer to send photos after the event
5) Andddd you're in the paper

-women
-children
-the elderly
-other vulnerable members of the public
Was very active on Twitter for four years; got off completely for four years. Obviously stuff happened here in between but one of the biggest changes to this website that I'm noticing is that so many of you guys posting became parents.
The #ToysforTots effort in #PutnamCounty is remarkable. I got the chance to talk to chapter organizer, Col. James Maxwell, about how he got involved, who gets these toys, and what makes a good donation.
