@bt_uk cannot get in to email. Have reset password so it clearly recognises the account. When try to log in says doesnt recognise it. Worked fine until 8am yesterday. When log in to MyBT and click on email its not letting me in that way either. Joke.

@bt_uk issues logging in to email. Can log in fine to BT account but when click on Email just goes round in circles to the log in page which says its the old log in page. Was working fine until 8am this morning. Help!

@O2 As expected, it wasnt anything to do with any of that. O2 had disconnected my sim!! 35 mins on call to a premium number (thanks for having to pay crazy money to speak to o2, my actual service provider) and you finally reconnected me.
