Thanks for reading. Yes it does leave out the tasks asked of the Libyan authorities, but this doesn't mean they are off the hook. They must react in a proper humanitarian way to this issue and the next piece of report will be on the best ways to contain the situation and avoid any more provocations against immigrants.
