@royalairmaroc I made a claim that was approved on Sept 5th but no compensation paid to date. RAM agents have now ignored my last five emails. You (on twitter) advised the claim was being processed. But this is now very difficult to believe

@OtriumOfficial i have submitted a request for order OUK-008656 made on June 24th. Not delivered yet and no response from your help desk. The delivery company hasn’t been helpful so far but at least they answered. Grateful if my enquiry could be looked at urgently. Thanks
