1) quality of creators over quantity
2) start with creators that have energy, preferably small audience creators so you can get a decent price, get them to start new pages not posting on their own
3) yes creative direction and formats should be your job creators will get you views buy no conversion when you leave the ball in their court
4) don’t look in your market look elsewhere develop that sixth sense for high views, high conversion, easily replicatable content and then adapt those formats to your product
5) differs from app to app but you have to keep the creators retained (usually via good pay) and always keep in mind that you need conversions views dont matter it’s a hard thing to balance then build a system around it, at the start you will just be testing take those learning double down on what works drop what doesn’t
6) test different payout models, cpm only, cpm + retainer, retainer only, cpm + bonus thresholds, and use negotiation tactics with these creators.
Beyond that its still a maturing market keep up with trends, take good care of your creators and systemize it.
Alhamdulillah. I've been named to the 2026 #TIME100AI.
I'm grateful for the recognition, but I'm even more excited by what I hope it represents:
Muslims shouldn't only consume the technologies shaping the future. We should build them.

@felixplugs Thats why I always say clipping will completely change within the next few months this tweet will accelerate that thanks for your research Felix it will definitely accelerate this process and hopefully this scene will change for the better because at its core its very effective.
I rather take 1000 shots where I try something new and fall on my face in front of everyone vs be the guy that has 1000 ideas and never goes after any of them.
Why have Arabs not caught onto clipping yet?
There are literally thousands of campaigns being launched on a daily basis on multiple platforms, yet Arabs are behind yet again…
