#BREAKING Journalist Abhishek Upadhyay, who broke the news regarding Ram Temple donation theft, moves the #SupremeCourt challenging the Ghaziabad FIR registered against him over an alleged road-rage incident.

He alleges that the FIR is based on concocted allegations and is an attempt to harass him for his independent journalistic works. He contends that the complete FIR copy has not been supplied to him or uploaded and that the police were forcing nearby shopkeepers to delete the CCTV visuals of the relevant time.

He seeks quashing of the FIR, or in the alternative, its investigation by an agency other than the UP Police.

Today, I raised a matter under Rule 377 in the Lok Sabha regarding the long-pending reimbursement of ₹408.49 crore, along with applicable interest, due to the Government of Telangana from Andhra Pradesh.

The amount pertains to expenditure incurred on constitutional bodies and common institutions—including Raj Bhavan, High Court, Lok Ayukta, State Human Rights Commission, and Judicial Academy—which served both States until their separation.

I urged the Union Government to facilitate an early resolution of this long-pending issue in the interest of justice and cooperative federalism.
