@TBeerwah it is humbly requested that an action under relevant rules may be taken against those who have dumped construction materials/cow dung on road sides as it causes many problems to the public.

@JJM_JK Pl prove ur commitment on ground.A pipe line has been laid down by the road side at Gumbora khag Road in budgam distt with out any pre-planned inspection,no connection to any household nor plugged. Now R&B z planning to macdamise,, what will happen to pipes , who cares
