میں نے تاریخ میں قاضی فائز عیسیٰ جیسا متنازعہ اور بدترین چیف جسٹس نہیں دیکھا۔ ایکسٹین��ن مافیا گینگ آف تھری کا حصہ ہے۔ قاضی نے اپنی ذاتی مفاد اور ایکسٹینشن کیلئے آئین پاکستان، سپریم کورٹ، جمہوریت اور اخلاقیات کا جنازہ نکال دیا ہے۔ قاضی نے لندن پلان پر عمل درآمد کو یقینی بنایا ہے اور بھرپور کوشش کی ہے کہ لندن پلان کے مطابق تحریک انصاف مکمل طور پر کرش (تباہ) ہو، نواز شریف کے تمام کیسز معاف ہوں اور میں جیل میں ہی رہوں۔ لندن پلان کے مطابق قاضی نے تحریک انصاف کو کرش ہونے دیا اور بلکل اسی طرح خاموش رہا جیسے مغربی طاقتیں اسرائیل کو اہلِ فلسطین کو کرش کرنے کی کھلی چھوٹ دے کر خود خاموش بیٹھی ہیں۔ اپنی طرف سے تحریک انصاف کو مکمل کرش کرنے کے لئے پہلے سکندر سلطان راجہ کو استعمال کیا گیا اور پھر قاضی فائز عیسیٰ اپنا کردار ادا کرتا رہا۔ کمشنر راولپنڈی نے ان دونوں کی ملی بھگت سے پردہ اٹھایا اور ساری سازش کو بے نقاب کر دیا۔ کمشنر راولپنڈی کا ہر الزام درست ثابت ہوا ہے۔ قاضی اور سکندر سلطان نے مل کر ایسا ماحول بنایا کہ تحریک انصاف کو میدان میں رہنے کا موقع ہی نہ مل سکے۔ انٹرا پارٹی الیکشن کے نام پر تحریک انصاف سے اس کا انتخابی نشان چھین لیا گیا۔ کسی بھی سیاسی جماعت سے اگر انتخابی نشان واپس لے لیا جائے تو اس جماعت کو کالعدم ہی تصور کیا جا سکتا ہے کیونکہ اس کے ووٹرز کو اپنا ووٹ کاسٹ کرنے کیلئے بیلٹ پیپر پر نشان ہی مہیا نہیں کیا جاتا۔ کمشنر کے الزامات کے مطابق پہلے سکندر سلطان راجہ نے اپنی بدنیتی ظاہر کرتے ہوئے ہم سے انتخابی نشان چھ��نا اور پر قاضی نے ۱۲جنوری کو سکندر سلطان کے فیصلے کو تحفظ دیتے ہوئے آخری کیل ٹھونکا۔ جب تک ان کو یقین نہیں ہوا کہ تحریک انصاف مکمل طور پر ختم ہو گئی ہے انہوں نے الیکشن کی تاریخ کا اعلان نہیں کیا۔ 8 فروری کے الیکشن کے موقع پر انہیں یہی گمان تھا کہ اب تحریک انصاف کبھی بھی جیت نہیں پائے گی کیونکہ ظاہری طور پر اپنا انتخابی نشان نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے جماعت میدان میں موجود ہی نہیں تھی لیکن عوام نے ان کی تمام تر منصوبہ سازی کو ناکام بنا دیا اور 8 فروری کو ایک انقلاب آیا۔
اس وقت قاضی 8 فروری کے مینڈیٹ چوری کو تحفظ دینے کیلئے مکمل ڈھٹائی کے ساتھ کبھی الیکشن ٹربیونل سلطان راجہ کی مرضی سے لگانے کا فیصلہ دیتا ہے کبھی سارے قواعد و ضوابط کو رد کر کے غیر قانونی بنچ تشکیل دیتے ہوئے ہارس ٹریڈنگ کو قانونی جواز مہیا کرتا ہے تاکہ ہمارے بندے توڑ کر اس غیر قانونی ترمیم کو پاس کروا سکے۔ اس ترمیم کے ساتھ اس کی اپنی ذاتی ایکسٹنشن منسلک ہے اور یہ کھل کر بے نقاب ہو چکا ہے۔ یہ اپنی ذات کو فائدہ پہنچانے کیل��ے کسی بھی حد تک گرنے کو تیار ہے۔ یہ ایک ایسی پارلیمنٹ جو کہ فارم ۴۷ اور این آر او ٹو کی پیداوار ہے اور جسے آئینی ترمیم کرنے کا کوئی اخلاقی اور قانونی جواز حاصل نہیں ہے۔ یہ اس پارلیمنٹ کو اپنی اور اپنے گینگ کی ایکسٹنشن کی خاطر ہارس ٹریڈنگ جیسی بدنام زمانہ جمہوری روایت کو تحفظ دینے کی کوشش کر رہا ہے۔ پی ڈی ایم اس ��یکسٹنشن مافیہ کے گینگ آف تھری کی چوتھی ممبر ہے اور ان سب کے مفادات ایک ہیں۔ ان تمام مفاد پرستوں کے ذاتی پیسے اور جائیدادیں بیرون ملک ہیں۔ محسن نقوی کے پاس اپنا سکوٹر تک نہیں جبکہ اسکی بیوی دبئی میں پانچ سو ملین ڈالر کی جدائیداد کی مالکن ہے جو کہ دبئی لیکس میں سامنے آ چکی ہے، اس کے پاس اتنی جائیدداد کہاں سے آئی؟۔ اسی طرح شریف خاندان یا زرداری خاندان کا سارا پیسہ، کاروبار اور جائیدادیں ملک سے باہر ہیں۔ اب یہ سب مل کر سپریم کورٹ سے غلط فیصلے لیکر آئینی ترمیم کا سوچ رہے ہیں اور ہمارے لوگوں کے اغوا کو قانونی بنا کر اس 8 فروری کی چوری کو ہضم کرنا چاہتے ہیں اور ایک دوسرے کو ایکسٹنشن دینا چاہتے ہیں۔ لیکن ہم اسکا راستہ روکیں گے کیونکہ یہ عوام کو غلام بنانے کی سازش ہے۔
اپریل ۲۰۲۲ میں جب ہماری حکومت سازش کر کے گرائی گئی تو الزام لگایا گیا کہ پاکستان دنیا میں مکمل طور پر تنہا(آئیسولیٹ) ہو چکا تھا جو کہ سراسر جھوٹ پر مبنی پراپیگنڈا تھا، ہمارے دور میں پاکستان میں دو اسلامی کانفرنس ہوئیں جن میں سعودی ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان نے شرکت کی۔ اس نوعیت کی کانفرنسز پاکستان میں 17 سال کے بعد منعقد ہوئیں۔ ان کانفرنسز میں چین کے وزیر خارجہ نے خصوصی دعوت پر شرکت کی۔ اگر سعودی ولی عہد عزت ماب جناب محمد بن سلمان کے ہماری حکومت کے ساتھ تعلقات بہترین نہ ہوتے تو ان کانفرنسز کا انعقاد ناممکن تھا۔ یہ سارا جھوٹا پراپیگنڈا جنرل باجوہ نے پھیلایا۔

اڈیالہ جیل میں آج میرا ایک سال پورا ہو گیا ہے ۔ان کا خیال تھا کہ یہ ٹوٹ جائے گا اور چکی میں نہیں رہ سکے گا ۔ میں 21 سے 22 گھنٹے چکی میں رہتا ہوں ۔گرمیوں کے دنوں میں اتنا پسینہ آتا تھا کہ جو کپڑے پہنتا تھا وہ بھی مسلسل گیلے رہتے تھے ۔جیل عملے نے کہا کہ خان صاحب کپڑے بدل لیں یہ پھٹ جائیں گے ۔ان کو پتہ ہی نہیں کہ ایک سپورٹس مین کی ٹریننگ کیا ہوتی ہے ۔سپورٹس مین کی ٹریننگ ایسی ہوتی ہے کہ وہ ہرطرح کے دباؤ میں رہنے کا عادی ہوتا ہے ۔ ایک سپورٹس مین اپنے جسم کو ہر طرح کا سٹریس دے کر تیار کرتا ہے اور میں نے جس طرح کی سخت دماغی اور جسمانی ٹرینگ سے خود کو گزارا ہوا ہے اس نے مجھے ہر طرح کی سخت جسمانی اور دماغی تکلیف کے لیے تیار کیا ہوا ہے اور میں کسی دباؤ اور تکلیف سے گھبرانے والا نہیں ہوں۔

ٹرائل کے بغیر ہمارے لوگ 16 ماہ سے جیلوں میں قید ہیں ۔محمود الرشید اور اعجاز چوہدری بیماری کے باوجود جیلوں میں قید ہیں ۔قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے ایک بھی جوڈیشل انکوائری نہیں کروائی۔مغربی طاقتیں فلسطین میں سیز فائر اس لیے نہیں کروا رہیں تاکہ فلسطینیوں کو پہلے کرش کیا جا سکے ۔یہ لوگ بھی انتظار کرتے رہے کہ  الیکشن سے پہلے ہم کرش ہو جائیں گے لیکن پھر 8  فروری کا الیکشن آ گیا۔ ان کے وہم و گمان میں بھی نہیں تھا کہ ایک ایسی جماعت الیکشن میں واضح برتری حاصل کرے گی جس کو الیکشن لڑنے کی اجازت ہی نہیں تھی۔ عوام نے جس طرح 8  فروری کو خاموش انقلاب برپا کیا ہے ، اس نے ان کے حوصلے بری طرح پست کی�� ہیں ۔ آئینی اور قانونی طور پر جیتی ہوئی پارٹی کو اقتدار ملنا چاہیے تھا ۔ لیکن یہاں الٹا ہمارے دفاتر پر چھاپے مارے جا رہے ہیں اور لوگوں کو گرفتار کیا جا رہا ہے۔ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے انہیں تحفظ فراہم کیا ہوا ہے ۔آئینی ترامیم قاضی کی توسیع کے لیے ہیں ۔ قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کو بیکری میں جس نے ذلیل کیا اس کے بارے میں سامنے آ رہا ہے کہ اسے اٹھا لیا گیا ۔ان کو ہوش کے ناخن لینے چاہیں اور شرم آنی چاہیئے۔انسانوں کے معاشرے کو ڈنڈے سے نہیں اخلاقیات سے چلایا جاتا ہے ۔

190 ملین پاؤنڈ کا جو ہم پر کیس بنا دیا گیا اس پر ابھی تک 20 ارب کا منافع ہو چکا ہے۔ یہ آج تک ثابت نہیں کر سکے  کہ وہ غیر قان��نی یا ناجائز پیسہ تھا۔ القادر ٹرسٹ سے مجھے ایک ٹکے کا فائدہ نہیں ہوا نہ ہونا ہے۔ 350 سو کنال اراضی القادر ٹرسٹ  اور 1000 کنال اراضی نمل یونیورسٹی کی ہے ۔القادر یونیورسٹی کے لیے زمین ملک ریاض نے ٹرسٹ کو عطیہ کی۔ اگر ٹرسٹ نہیں چلتا تو زمین واپس ڈونر کو چلی جاتی ہے-

First, they violated the Constitution by not holding timely elections in two provinces, and now they are committing another violation by not implementing the Supreme Court's decision. Their refusal to comply with the Supreme Court's ruling stems from their desire to secure a 2/3 majority and prolong Qazi Faez Isa’s tenure.

This is why they want to place their judges in the tribunals. They know that such a massive fraud cannot be covered up. The former Commissioner of Rawalpindi said that candidates who were winning by margins of 70,000 votes were declared losers. Patan said that 74,000 extra votes were cast in Nawaz Sharif’s constituency.

When they suspect that Imran Khan has any contact with the establishment, they start trembling, even though I have no contact with anyone, and there has been no communication. We have given Mehmood Khan Achakzai the authority to negotiate with the politicians.

1. I want to remind my nation that there have been two attempts on my life: first in Wazirabad, and then again at the Judicial Complex in Islamabad. The ISI stole the CCTV footage from Wazirabad, and the night before the attack in Islamabad, the ISI had taken control of the area where it happened.

Now they are even more nervous. In their panic, they have made my conditions in jail even tougher. The staff assigned to ensure that my food isn't poisoned has been changed for the fourth time. My cell is as hot as an oven. But despite these challenges, I will not give in or demand any special treatment.

The ISI controls all administrative matters related to my imprisonment. I’m saying it again: if anything happens to me, the Army Chief and DG ISI will be responsible.

There are rats in Bushra Begum’s room. They fall from above when she performs her prayers, and she has been complaining about this for three months. The court has now been informed.

2. I have already explained why the Islamabad rally was postponed. It had nothing to do with contacts with the establishment. اس وقت پاکستان بنانا رپبلک بن چکا ہے جہاں کوئی آئین اور قانون نہیں ہے۔ مہنگائی کا یہ حال ہے کہ عوام کا جینا مشکل ہو گیا ہے ۔ لوگ خود کشیاں کر رہے ہیں۔ اب دنیا بھر میں یہ خبریں چل رہی ہیں کہ پاکستان میں بجلی کا بل گھر کے کرائے سے زیادہ ہو گیا ہے۔آئی پی پی کا بحران روز بروز بڑھتا جا رہا ہے۔ مہنگائی میں پسی ہوئی عوام پر ہر مہینے بجلی کا بل قہر بن کر گرتا ہے۔ ان چند خاندانوں نے خاص طور شریف اور زرداری خاندان نے اپنے ذاتی فائدے اور دولت بنانے کے لیے ملک میں بجلی کا نظام تباہ کر دیا ہے۔ دو سال میں معیشت مکمل تباہ ہو گ��ی ہے فیصل آباد میں فیکٹریاں بند ہو گئی ہیں اور یہ ان کی ساری توجہ تحریک انصاف اور مجھے کرش کرنے پر لگی ہوئی ہے۔

Message from former Prime Minister, Imran Khan, from a makeshift courtroom inside Adiala Jail:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf represents 90% of Pakistanis, be they overseas or at home. The puppet government, brought into power illicitly through doctored Form 47's, is trying to drive a wedge between the people of Pakistan and its armed forces, but we will not let them be successful.

I criticized the measures and the individuals responsible for the deterioration of Pakistan’s situation. Our country has also suffered severe consequences in the past due to decisions made behind closed doors by a select few. General Zia was behind Zulfiqar Bhutto’s execution. And General Yahya Khan was responsible for the Fall of Dhaka. Turning a blind eye to and not calling out these errors would be a grave injustice to not just the country but to the armed forces of Pakistan. An individual does not constitute the entire establishment, and we have never blamed the entire institution. A spoiled child is criticized at home for the sake of reform and guidance. And such criticism is the beauty of democracy.

We will not hold any talks, nor will we negotiate with the puppet, mafia regime, imposed on us illegitimately through fraud and rigging. The country is under an undeclared martial law. Political, and consequently, economic instability has impacted every segment of society. Their representatives have been planted in every key post. Mohsin Naqvi is a prime example of that. I will never talk to Mohsin Naqvi. He, with the Inspector General (IG) of Punjab Police, oppressed our people, and is responsible for Zille Shah’s death. They will never be able to travel overseas. Those who perpetrate violence are despised abroad. Maryam Nawaz has kept the IG Punjab on in the job because he oppressed PTI.

This is why we prefer negotiations with military leadership, who are the actual decision-makers, instead of this puppet government. We have given a mandate to Mahmood Khan Achakzai for negotiations. We will hold conditional negotiations if the military leadership appoints its representative.

Our first condition for negotiations is that our stolen mandate be returned. Our second condition for talks is the release of our prisoners and an end to bogus cases. The third condition is that clean and transparent elections be held, without which the country’s integrity is at risk.

People are suffering from uncertainty and backbreaking inflation. The situation is so dire that the person who cleans my prison cell got an electricity bill of forty thousand rupees. I support Jamaat-e-Islami's stance against the outrageous increase in electricity bills and taxes. My party leadership and workers have been instructed to participate in Jamaat-e-Islami’s sit-ins.

Enforced disappearances must stop. They are an affront to humanity and a flagrant violation of international law. 25 of our workers or their family members are still missing. Our International Media Coordinator, Ahmed Janjua was arrested from his house and labeled a terrorist.
I also support the Baloch people who are protesting for the recovery of their missing persons. Sense must prevail and the growing hatred and sense of deprivation among the people must be addressed.

I have filed a reference against the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court, Aamer Farooq. His bias is not a secret from anyone. Justice Aamer Farooq justified my abduction from inside the Islamabad High Court and he attempted to implicate me in the Tyrian White case. Aamer Farooq insists on hearing all of Bushra Khan’s and my cases. When I have explicitly expressed no-confidence in him, he should, in principle, recuse himself from all cases involving me, my party, and my wife.

Both these parties (PMLN and PPP) are drowning and are hanging on by a boot which they have placed a tag of May 9th on. This is why they are creating chaos and division in the country to prolong their fraudulent hold on power.

5th August marks a black day in the long history of the brutal Indian occupation of IIOJK. Today, 5 years ago, Modi's govt illegally ended the special status of IIOJK & unleashed a new wave of violence & oppression on the Kashmiri people. IIOJK was turned into an open prison cut off from the world as Indian Occupation forces attacked the Kashmiris with their military might including torture & arbitrary arrests.

5 years on, the UN & the international community have yet to act against India's continuing violations of international law, including international humanitarian laws, especially the Fourth Geneva Convention.

I call on the UNSC to fulfil its own obligations under the Charter & UNSC resolutions, reaffirming the right of the Kashmiri people to self-determination.
