تحقیق تازه: یک دهه در برزخ؛ وضعیت نگران کننده پناهندگان
در اندونیزیا

شبکه تحقیقاتی “بلاق” با انتشار گزارش ۳۲ صحفه‌ای وضعیت پناهجویان افغانستان در اندونیزیا را بررسی کرده و گفته که وضعیت این پناهجویان به شدت نگران کننده است.

در گزارش وضعیت زندگی این پناهجویان بررسی شده و بلاق گفته که حقوق پناهندگی در قبال این افراد نقض شده است.

بیش از ده‌ هزار پناهجوی افغانستان اغلب از تبار هزاره در اندونیزیا دست‌کم از ده سال بدین‌سو در بلاتکلیفی به ‌سر می‌برند. این افراد شامل، کودکان، زنان و افراد سالمند هستند.

آنها برای رسیدن به کشور سومی به اندونیزیا مهاجرت کردند اما در بررخ پناهندگی این کشور گیر کردند.

این پناهجویان شامل کودکان تا سالمندان را شامل می شوند. بیشتر آنها در “یو‌.ان‌.اچ.‌سی.‌آر” و یا هم در سازمان “آی‌.‌او‌.‌ام” ثبت نام کرده‌اند و منتظرند تا کشور سومی به آنها پناهندگی دهد.
اندونیزیا خود پناهجو یا پناهنده نمی پذیرد، اما به عنوان کشور که مراحل انتقال در آن طی مراحل می‌شود عمل می‌کند.

در گزارش بلاق آمده است: “داستان این پناهندگان داستان درماندگی و ناامیدی است که به امید یافتن آرامش و امنیت، اموال و دارایی‌های خود را فروختند و برای پیدا کردن یک زندگی بهتر خطر مهاجرت به اندونیزیا را به قیمت جان خریدند”

بلاق می‌گوید این شبکه دریافته است که این پناهجویان نمی‌توانند به کشور مبدأ خود، افغانستان و یا پاکستان برگردند زیرا با خطر نسل‌کشی به دست افراط گرایان روبرو خواهند شد.

این پناهجویان به بلاق گفته‌اند که آنها از ترس گروه‌های تندروی افراطی کشور اصلی شان را ترک کردند.

بلاق از رسانه‌های بین‌المللی انتقاد کرده که به وضعیت این پناهجویان در اندونیزیا توجه نکرده‌اند و در کشورهای غربی اطلاعات بسیار کمی در باره آنها وجود دارد.
