میری کچھ گذارشات ھیں ۔ اگر سسٹم میں مضبوط کرنا ھے اور بنیادی تبدیلی لانی ھے تو اسکا فورم پارلیمنٹ ھے جسکے نقوی صاحب رکن ھیں یا اسکو کابینہ میں بھی بھی زیر بحث لایا جا سکتا ھے اس سے یہ ادارے اور سسٹم مضبوط ھو گا اور تبدیلی آئینی عمل سے گزرے گی۔ محترم کابینہ کے نہایت اور معتبر رکن ھے۔ اتفاق ھے نقوی صاحب ان دونوں اداروں یعنی پارلیمنٹ اور کابینہ کا اجلاس کبھی کبھار ایٹنڈ کرتے ھیں ۔
ان اداروں کو irrelevant کرکے ملک کے مایہ ناز اور قابل احترام تاجروں کو انوائٹ کرکے captive audience کے آگے اتنی بڑی بات کرنی میری دانست میں وہ اثر نہیں رکھتی جتنا relevant constitutional forums بات کرنے سے پزیرائی ملتی۔
نقوی صاحب اس نظام کے انتہائ طاقتور عہدوں پہ ساڑھے تین سال سے فائز ھیں اگر وہ چاہتے تو نظام کی تبدیلی کی بات یا پیش رفت اس عرصے میں کرسکتے تھے۔ چلیں دیر آید درست آید
کل DGISPR نے NATIONAL ACTION PLAN کے 13نکات یا پوائنٹ کا ذکر کیا ۔ ایک پوائنٹ پہ عمل درآمد جوھماری افواج کے ذمہ تھا اس پہ
عملدرآمد اور تکمیل جانوں کی قربانیوں سے ھو رہا ھے۔ باقی 12 پوائنٹ وزارت داخلہ کی ذمہ داری ھے جن پہ عملدرآمد نہیں ھوا۔ نقوی صاحب سسٹمُ کی تبدیلی کا آغاز National Action plan پہ عملدرآمد سے کریں ۔ سسٹم میں تبدیلی کا آغاز اپنی وزارت سے کریں ۔ صرف ھماری قابل احترام تاجر برادری ھی نہیں پوری قوم آپکے ساتھ ھے۔ 🤲

KP gets 14.62% of the NFC share which is around Rs 731 billion, while contributing only about 5–6% to the federal pool, roughly Rs 300 billion. That means KP receives an EXTRA Rs 431 billion largely generated by Punjab and Sindh.

On top of this, Punjab and Sindh effectively give up an ADDITIONAL 1% of the divisible pool to KP for fighting terrorism, averaging around Rs 45 billion per year. Over the last 15 years, KP has received roughly Rs 705 billion under this head alone.

So KP receives hundreds of billions more than it contributes, plus decades of additional terrorism-related funding. Yet terrorism has not been eliminated and instead of acknowledging their own governance failures and incompetence, they continue biting the hand that feeds them. Billions in transfers were meant to help the province get back on its feet not become a permanent justification for poor performance.

Total gas ever extracted form 1954 till today from balochistan is not more than
10 trillion cubic feet (TCF)

Before Ukrine war Russia used to sell Germany gas at $4 - 8 per MMBtu in many years
So, lets take average $6 per MMBtu

Even if we ignore all the investmens and human efforts put in, the total gas worth is not more than
$60 billion dollars over 72 years.

Less than 1Billion a year.

Now Lets see NFC,
Balochistan gets ~9.1% of pool and its population is ~6.1% so it gets ~3% more than its population thats about 300 Billion rupee.
More than the whole gas worth per year.

Nationalists can not do simple math.
and lack common sense.

Just in last year, they took 1906 billion in terms ridiculous taxes on electric bills. And mind you, despite all this, their sheets are still not balanced because expenditure on their ayashi far exceeds brutal theft committed left, right and centre.
