The only "misconceptions" here are the deliberately dishonest pointers that you are peddling. I'm responding with a long list of facts to each of them. Debate me if you can.

1. India attacked Pakistan unprovoked in the Rann of Kutch on 9th April, 1965. Fighting continued until early May. Indian Air Chief ACM Arjan Singh refused to deploy the IAF because he knew it was an Indian-initiated clash that he hoped would fizzle out. Eventually, the British-brokered ceasefire awarded Pakistan 780 sq miles and let Pakistan keep the Biar Bet and Kajarkot areas that Pakistan captured. I ask: if India won, why did they bitterly resent the arbitration decision? In fact, why did India's Information Minister and future PM Indira Gandhi reject the decision and say "India will respond at its own choosing"? And India did by occupied two Pakistani posts across the Ceasefire Line on the night of 10-11 May, 1965 in Kargil Sector (broadly the Northern front) - not as per Pakistan but as per UN and US State Department. Pakistan's Op. Gibraltar didn't start until Aug 5th - nearly 90 days later - as per Indians' own confession. So, unless August comes before April and May in your calendar, how is Pakistan the aggressor here?

2. M. M. Alam's kills are supported by countless sources. You can trivialize anything if you lie enough, but anyway, I'm happy to indulge in that debate separately. But even that debate is over the number of aircrafts and the precise amount of time - not if he shot jets or didn't. Even if it wasn't "5 jets in 30 seconds", 3 jets in a minute are equally impressive. 6-0 ho ya 8-0, baat aik he hai.

3. A 7 times smaller country confronted a 7 times larger country and a 5 times larger army and didn't lose a single city or vital area. Pakistan won not because it captured Khem Karan or Chumb, but because it successfully defended itself. Why does everyone believe Finland won against the mighty USSR in WWII? Is it because the Finnish captured Moscow or is it because Finland never fell to USSR? Or how did Vietnam win against the mighty U.S.? By capturing Washinton or by not letting the Americans hold onto Saigon? Every war has casualties. Even during the mighty successful 2025 Marka-e-Haq for PAF, PAF's bases took Indian missiles and a Sqn Ldr was tragically martyred - but it's a small cost with greater benefits to outset the cost.

4. Pakistan captured areas from Rajouri in IIOJK all the way to Khem Karan in Punjab, Munabo in Rajasthan, and Biar Bet in the Rann. In total, 1,817 sq miles of Indian territory was captured by Pakistan, compared to 412 sq miles of Pakistani territory. Even Indian Army officers and historians, including Lt. Gen. Harbakhsh Singh, accept "Pakistan captured more area" but termed the area "strategically less significant" to save face. Indian casualties in terms of men were also at roughly 3,712 KIA, as compared to Pakistan's 1,500.
